Editor Medical Design

Position Description:
Write or edit seven departments per issue; send issue previews to sales staff;create, edit and format three 3 e-newsletters a month;post news items online a minimum of once a week.

Position Requirements:
The Medical Device market is the fastest growing high tech manufaturing sector in the United States today.  The qualified candidate should be well organized and be able to work on deadline, possess editorial production skills using InDesign and some Photoshop.  This Cleveland based individual needs a technical writing background with an understanding of advanced manufacturing proceeses, a Bachelor's degree in a technical area is desired but not required.  Web experience is a must, blogging and e-newsletter experience is involved. 

Travel Requirements:
Limited overnight travel is required a few times a year.
