Client Services Coordinator

This position will be the liaison between advertising clients and ad trafficking, collecting materials, monitoring campaigns and responding to their requests regarding ads for multiple websites, e-newsletters and other online products. This position will work with the ad trafficker, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and schedule requirements and ensuring that advertisements meet run-date deadlines. This position will also be responsible for sending reports to clients and sales teams on inventory availability as well as campaign activity. This position will be responsible for reviewing PIMs reports and working with the accounting department to ensure that all contracts details are complete and ready for into our billing system. The position will assist the sales team to collect accurate information for proposals and contracts. 
 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience as a sales assistant, customer service or sales associate is preferred. A strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and follow-up skills are also required. The ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines is a must. Must also demonstrate the ability to take on new tasks and create an efficient work environment. Qualified candidates will also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be familiar with online products. Experience in publishing or advertising markets a plus.
