She started as show director and organized trade shows specialized in the bakery, confectionery and ice cream industries. Nadia specializes in international sales and has been working in this area for 12 years.

All products listed in the marketplace are certified as organic by certification bodies recognised under the European organic regulations or Ifoam. The trading platform contributes to the development of organic agriculture and makes it possible to sell, export, communicate and gather information on this market.
Nadia founded her company in 2001, after getting involved in ecology, Her goal was to create a resource centre to unite all actors of the "organic" sector and contribute to the development of Organic Agriculture. The company has been created in cooperation with the French Ministry of Agriculture, FNAB organization (French producers Oganization), SYNABIO (French manufacturers and distribution Organization) and Ecocert (French certifying body). In 2003, the trading platform went international and Nadia’s partners were the certifying agencies, the research centres as well as the international organic Organizations. Additionally, she is one of the founders of IFOAM France, ASAFI.
In 2003 Nadia began to organize "organic" pavilions in the Gulf countries, in Germany, France and the USA. In 2005 she became the sales agent for Natural Products Expo West and Natural Products Expo East. Nadia help companies from Europe, Africa, and Middle East. A French native, she obtained subsidies from the French Government and organized “UBIFRANCE “ pavilions with companies involved in the food and cosmetic industries.
