Originally formed in 1992, HighLine has been co-ventured with AC-U-KWIK since 1998. In addition to representing the brand for advertising sales and product distribution outside North America, HighLine actually provides, under separate licence, the international airport & handling data used across the product range and particularly in the International Airport/FBO Directory.

Alain has been flying as a commercial pilot for over 30 years and has personally visited over 800 airports in the AC-U-KWIK database. With over 20 jet aircraft types on his licence he has flown worldwide, operating flights for air ambulance, executive charter and government agencies. He has been involved in charter start-ups in the UK, Far East and Africa and remained a director of his own aircraft management company up until 2005. Alain continues to travel frequently in order to further research and add to the accuracy of the database and to build contacts within the aviation industry. He also enjoys shooting competitively and has ambitions for the 2012 Olympic Trap Shooting event!
Gillian George, Advertising & Product Sales

Gillian has a strong accounting background and an MBA from Imperial College, London. She has over 20 years management experience within the aviation industry, both in the UK and abroad, and has developed longstanding relationships with key clients and advertisers. This has been particularly valuable in her sales role representing the AC-U-KWIK brand at international trade shows. Now based in the UK, Gillian enjoys travelling, having lived in Venezuela, Nigeria & France. She also held a Private Pilots Licence, helping to ferry aircraft back & forth to Africa.
Adam Harding, Airline Products

Adam spent 11 years working at Jane’s, the renowned aerospace and defence publishers. Eight of these years were spent editing Jane’s Airports and Handling Agents and this experience provided him with much of the knowledge to help create HighLine’s new airline based product airportdata.aero. Prior to joining HighLine, Adam was the Managing Editor of the Transport portfolio at Jane’s (now IHS Jane’s), managing five different titles. Adam has also travelled widely - within the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. He enjoys adventurous sports and learned to scuba dive in the Maldives. He is also interested in current affairs and likes to keep in touch with developments in civil aviation and the military.

Sally joined Highline in April 2007 and is primarily responsible for ensuring that the main database is kept valid and up-to-date. Sally’s extensive airport research includes local hotel accommodation and medical sites as well as keeping in touch with the numerous airports and handlers to ensure our products are kept current. Sally comes from a scientific background and has worked in research within many other areas. She loves the outdoors and is currently training to climb Kilimanjaro in October 2011!
Katy Stockley, Admin & Sales

Katy’s background is in Customer Service and Sales Support and she has worked within several different industries. She joined Highline in 2009 part-time where she is involved with sales support, packing & distribution, research, credit control and the general day-to-day running of the office. Katy is also a fully qualified Complementary Therapist and in her spare time, runs a part-time business offering Reflexology, Massage and Reiki.
