SUMMARY Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining new and current web sites, and other sites as they are created.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. PHP programming using Drupal
2. SQL / T-Sql programming
3. Knowledge of ASP.NET C#, Python and ColdFusion a plus
4. Design and develop SQL databases and tables
5. Other duties, as needed
OTHER DUTIES
1. Site design and organization
2. Any other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must show initiative and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Is assigned to development projects at all levels of complexity. Can complete small development projects quickly and easily. Can make modifications to all static content and dynamic content. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Web development and administration experience
3. SQL Server/MySQL database development experience
4. Fluent in HTML and JavaScript
5. Working experience of PHP
6. Basic program analysis
