Payroll Coordinator

Position Description:
Responsible for all payroll entry including new hires, terminations, and other employee changes. Completes uploads of payroll information such as bonus, commission, severance, and timesheets into the payroll system. Audits bi-weekly payroll prior to submission to Payroll Manager for payment. Completes necessary check requests for all payable withholding amounts. Prepares reports for Human Resources and Management.

Position Requirements:
Two to three years of previous payroll experience. Experience using a service bureau (i.e., Ceridian, ADP, etc.) is preferred.

High school graduate. General accounting courses preferred. Undergraduate degree in accounting helpful.

Data entry experience. Proficiency with 10 key and computer keyboard. Some experience using a spreadsheet program (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
