Account Executive - BB

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to establish and sell display advertising, online advertising and custom publishing to existing and prospective advertisers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
¨ Travel to customers/competitive shows/site visits/etc. Approximately 25-30% travel.
¨ Makes well-prepared customer oriented personal sales calls.
¨ Design and execute effective integrated sales plans with specific customer needs in mind.
¨ Uses in person, telephone and written communication to execute the sales plan. .
¨ Facilitates customer service.
¨ Communicates with management via weekly forecasting and reports.
¨ Assist in maintaining accurate sales/production records, tracking both company and competitive publications advertising in territory.

 

25-30% travel required. 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements
¨ Track record of exceeding goals
¨ Self-starter who is self motivated with 3-5 years of B2B media sales experience
¨ Successful candidate will possess excellent communication, telemarketing, negotiation and closing skills with a strategic approach.
¨ The ability to identify customer needs and develop marketing plans to address their goals
¨ Outstanding relationship building, customer service and organizational skills a must
¨ Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and working knowledge of Excel
¨ Must have a Drivers License (travel expenses reimbursed).

¨ Business Media experience and market expertise
