Account Executive - Loveland

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goal responsibility.
  • Responsibilities include selling advertising space in print and emedia
  • Generates new business and maintains existing accounts in region
  • Assesses client needs with outside sales partners through consultation and helps tailor advertising programs to fit those needs.
  • Creates advertising proposals, contracts and presentations for accounts.
  • Responsible for weekly prospecting, generating a minimum of 20 new prospects every week. Generates 150-200 outbound phone calls each week during prescribed calling hours.Closes new business. Provides superior customer service.
  • Provides ongoing/daily customer service and consistent follow up and reporting on programs
  • Develops weekly sales forecasting reports with sales partners, accurately forecasting future sales
  • Closes issues with sales partners and administrative assistant in region
  • Responsible for communication on team strategy in territories
  • Makes appointments, arrangements for quarterly travel to major accounts with sales partners
  • Make travel arrangements and travels to trade shows Makes appointments for tradeshow for self and/or partners.  Attends scheduled lunches and dinners with customers and/or sales team. Attends weekly internal sales meetings

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university preferred

Two years ad sales experience preferred, preferably print and emedia advertising
